@kayitright @ATT Girl I been switched to @Verizon !!! @ATT is pure trash. I had 2 accounts duplicated (THEIR ERROR), yet it still found its way on my credit report and I just gave in and paid the account so my credit is no longer affected. Never again!

I had @DirectTV @ATT for over ten years,left because they didn’t offer internet service in my area. I received an offer to come back and I would receive a giftcard. Never received the gift card, called & received no help. Cancelled was stuck with a cancellation fee.

Try these tips to get your phone working again
Turn your phone off and back on. Try calling the number again. Make sure your software's up to date: Go to att.com/softwareupdates. Confirm you have wireless service.
Power cycle (reboot) your AT&T gateway - Unplug the gateway from the power outlet in the wall and wait two minutes before plugging it back in.
